The Situation
Townsgate is a large insurance company based in Southern California who needed a new responsive website with functions that allowed users to find the nearest office, search for partner dealerships, and numerous forms that allowed customers to update their insurance information.
The Solution
Pina Media Decided to set up a block style responsive website that enabled users to find the information they were looking for in less then 2 clicks to follow best user experience practices. We were able to develop a search function so users could find the nearest dealership & office by typing in their car type or zip code. We also created a custom form system that made it simple for the user as well as Townsgate to update clients insurance information.
