The Situation

Hawaii’s Finest is a high volume urban streetwear company.  They were looking at ways to make their website more effective and efficient for customers.  They were also looking at growing concert events more efficiently.

The Solution

Krave Marketing increased website efficiency by installing inline credit processing.  Customers would no longer have to leave the website.  In the past, the website would go down for weeks when a sale crashed their shared server.  Krave moved the website onto a server that could handle such traffic.  Each concert event is now run with the Krave Marketing team.  Hawaii’s Finest no longer uses radio ads for most of its events and relies solely on advanced digital targeting for ticket sales.  Presale tickets sold online for the first two major events BOTH eclipsed six figures each.
